ISLAMABAD, Jul 24 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday set aside the decision of chief commissioner ICT for withdrawal of permission to PTI for holding procession in federal capital.
The court declared that the application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would be considered as pending with the district administration.
It instructed the ICT administration to decide the request with the cogent reasons. Chief Justice Aamer Farooq issued a five-page written order on the petition.
