ISLAMABAD, Jul 09 (APP):Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad, Irfan Nawaz Memon on Tuesday directed the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration to ensure foolproof security arrangements for the Muharram observances in the Federal Capital.
In this connection, Assistant Commissioner Saddar visited Imam Bargahs in the D-17 and Sangjani areas, focusing on security measures and cleanliness.
Similarly, Assistant Commissioner Industrial Area assessed the security along key routes that will be used for Muharram processions.
Furthermore, Assistant Commissioner Shalimar also inspected procession routes, making sure everything was in place for the events.
These inspections are part of a broader effort to maintain peace and order during Muharram.
